I stayed at The Spot Inn for 4 nights and it was one of the best stays I had in delhi. highly recommended to all travelers. Himanshu and his staff are always up for any help you need during stay. Thumbsup

I always enjoy the service when I am guest here. During the corona lockdown I had to stay almost 30 days in the hotel. IN this month the hotel people took care of me in a great way. THey cooked a meal for me twice a day. Bringing coffee and tea. Thanks very much. Hope to come here many more years. Apart from the nice people this hotel is situated near metro station, railway station.Connaught Place you can walk to in just 15 minutes. And the area Paharganj is such a nice place to walk and look around.

Himanshu did a great job in helping us organise our first trip to India. Before we arrived he listened to what we wanted to do and planned us an itinerary to match with our own private driver. We also had a call to clear up doubts before booking and discussed a fair price within our budget. On arrival, we were picked up from the airport as planned and taken to Himanshu's hotel for the first night. We then enjoyed having a driver take us around for 2 weeks. Our trip included a personal driver who was very knowledgeable and passionate about India (Shyam), great hotels, great breakfast and enough time to explore each place. However as we were travelling during the Covid-19 outbreak, our trip was largely disrupted and we had to cut our trip short by 7 days so we could fly home before the country went into lockdown. Himanshu helped us chop and change our itinerary on the go as the news was breaking (rebooking hotels last minute etc) so we could enjoy the time we had left in India during the crisis before making sure we arrived back at the airport for our early flight home. One thing to mention before booking is to make sure you are aware of what is included in your package. Initially, dinner was included but that was later removed without us knowing in order to match our budget. We only realised this once we started the tour which was very disappointing. Once we communicated this back to Himanshu he was apologetic and offered us free dinner on the last few nights to compensate. However, this was a detail we would have wanted to know upfront. Really enjoyed meeting Himanshu and he went out of his way to make sure we had the best trip we could especially during the Covid-19 crisis. He was always available via the phone to answer questions and he was there for us when we needed help. We highly recommend Himanshu to help you see India!

We have found this hotel because is very near to the new delhi train station and it is on the paharganj district so this is great! Personal of the hotel was very very helpfull and the hotel has every facilities that you have to need The room was clean and confortable. At the end, the staff has invites to us a tea! Thats was so nice! I will recommend the hotel to other peaple that want to visit new delhi with cheap way!
